Questions and answers
How EYNO's workforce sourcing works — trades, countries, supplier selection, pricing and how to get started. If your question is not answered here, email markus.kauppinen@eyno.fi.
What does EYNO do?
EYNO finds workforce and subcontractor crews for industrial and construction projects in the Nordic countries. You send one request for quotation, EYNO tenders vetted European suppliers on your behalf, and you receive comparable offers. The service is free of charge for the buyer.
Which trades can EYNO source?
Welders, pipe fitters, mechanical installers, electricians, automation technicians, industrial insulators, scaffolders, concrete workers, steel erectors, riggers and other industrial and construction trades. If a trade is not listed on the site, ask — the supplier network covers a wide range of industrial work.
Can EYNO source welders for projects in Sweden?
Yes — and the same process covers all four Nordic countries. A recent example: a Spanish contractor building a bakery in Sweden sourced welders through EYNO. See the case study and the welders page.
Which Nordic countries does EYNO serve?
Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. EYNO sources the workforce from suppliers across Europe and helps with the local requirements of each market.
Can foreign contractors use EYNO for Nordic projects?
Yes. Many buyers are international contractors and project companies executing a project in a Nordic country. EYNO helps with local standards, regulations and communication so that a foreign main contractor can mobilize suitable crews.
Where do EYNO's suppliers come from?
From across Europe. EYNO maintains a network of subcontractors and workforce providers and selects technically suitable suppliers with strong references for each request.
How does the supplier selection process work?
EYNO reviews your project specifications, timeline and requirements, then selects suppliers from its network whose technical capabilities and references match the work. EYNO runs the tendering, and you receive offers that are comparable against your requirements.
Does the buyer pay to use EYNO?
No. EYNO never charges the buyer — the service is completely free for the buyer, including support in contract negotiations. There is also no obligation to order from the offers you receive.
Can EYNO source complete subcontracting teams?
Yes. Requests can cover anything from a few skilled workers to a complete crew delivered as a subcontracted work package, depending on how you want to structure the work.
Can EYNO find mechanical installers and pipe fitters?
Yes. Mechanical installation and pipe fitting are core trades in the network — see the mechanical installers and pipe fitters page.
Can EYNO source workforce for data center construction?
Yes. Data center projects are a focus area: typical requests cover mechanical, piping, electrical, HVAC and general construction trades during intensive build phases. See data center construction workforce.
How do I request quotations?
Email markus.kauppinen@eyno.fi or use the contact page. Include the trades and headcount, scope, site location, schedule and any qualification requirements. EYNO takes it from there.
Is there any obligation to order?
No. You receive offers, compare them at your own pace and decide freely. EYNO supports the negotiation if you proceed.
How do I find welders for a project in the Nordics?
The fastest route without an established local network is to have suppliers tendered on your behalf. Send EYNO the trade, headcount, site country and schedule — EYNO selects vetted European welding suppliers and you receive comparable offers free of charge, whether the project is in Sweden, Finland, Norway or Denmark. See welders and welding crews.
How quickly does EYNO respond to a request?
Within 24 hours. The time to receive comparable offers depends on the scope and qualification requirements, and EYNO aligns the tendering schedule with your project timeline.
